Before you walk in.
What do I wear?
T-shirt and shorts with no zippers or pockets. Bring water.
Can I just watch first?
Absolutely. Come sit at the edge of the mat for a full class and decide afterwards. No one will push you to sign anything.
Do you take total beginners?
Most people who walk in have never trained. The fundamentals classes exist for exactly that, and small classes are why beginners actually keep coming back.
How do I cancel?
Tell a coach at the gym or give us a call, and we’ll stop the membership 30 days later. There’s no contract to buy out and no exit fee — you just train out the notice month you’ve paid for.
Military and first responders?
Second month free for active duty, veterans, law enforcement, fire and EMS. Just tell us when you sign up.
